肝脏拥有 500 多种功能,每天需要进行几百种化学反应,且 24 小时无休。无论是体内还是体外的毒物,都一并由肝脏化解。


然而,即使是这么厉害的肝脏,如果不好好爱护,同样会出问题,现代人的脂肪肝、肝硬化也越来越多发。
