春天散步:生理 + 心理叠 buff 提升


走路,作为一个老少咸宜的运动,其实在四季都可实现,但只有在春天,才同时拥有较为怡人的气温(除倒春寒)和充沛的自然资源。


沐浴在鲜花、绿树、阳光之下走路,便轻松获得生理与心理的双重好处。


已有大量的证据发现,在春天走一走,不仅能降低血压,还能有效降低皮质醇(也被称为压力荷尔蒙),参与者的活力、积极情绪明显上升,疲劳、惰性等消极情绪显著下降。[1]


要说有什么注意事项?那真没什么可提醒的。


只要动起来,哪怕在有绿树、有杜鹃花盛开的公园里走路 15 分钟都能神清气爽。[2]
