写在最后:
关于为什么总觉得女生更贪吃这件事上,科学界并没有统一的答案。
不过一些有趣的心理学研究倒是发现:女性和男性相比,更容易受到甜食或者高热量垃圾食品的诱惑,经常会在美食与控制体重/健康的矛盾中放弃抵抗,选择美食 。
换句话说,尽管女性对健康以及食物热量以及营养等知识储备与关注度远远胜于男性,但是当她们处于压力下时,更容易化悲愤为食欲,选择甜味为主的食物。
有趣的是,女性的味觉也比男性强不少,这可能也是女性更容易被美食击溃心理防线的重要原因。
吃,这件事,早就不是饥饱的问题了,能从吃里面找到快乐,也许是人类发掘出来新的本能。
